Beware of early checkout.
Negative: There was a constant faint whooshing sound - not noticeable in daytime, but it sounded like someone in the next room was using a rowing machine when we tried to sleep. It was an annoyance.
The 10am checkout was also annoying - we attended an evening event and had to rush through breakfast to clean the kitchen and load the dishwasher before leaving.

3rd stay
This is our 3rd stay at Seaside. It’s convenient, clean and spacious for our family. Close to everything and steps away from the beach. Highly recommend.

Comfortable stay in Parksville.
Positive: The place has everything one may need.
Negative: The shower's door in one bathroom did not close properly thus, water from the shower would get out and leave a mess, as well as make the floor in the rest of the bathroom slippery.
