Great place to stay
Positive: Very clean and modern, had everything we needed. B3ds were so comfortable, and the space was very large which was great for our family.

Really enjoyed our family summer end trip to Parksville. Julio and Karen were great hosts - very accommodating and helpful with all our needs. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make dinner. Location was also very convenient with many things to do nearby and the beach just a minute walk away. Definitely would recommend and re-book in the future.

Clean, modern unit that should be called 1 bedroom + den, facing a highway entrance.
Negative: windowless, poorly ventilated "dens" were sold as "rooms"

A clean, comfortable, full sized suite that met our family’s need perfectly.
Positive: A great space to share with a family. Central and great access to beach, parks, shopping.
Negative: The shower was not the easiest to use and water leaks onto the floor under the sliding door…but nothing a towel placed on the floor won’t catch once aware of the issue.
